We love what we do and greatly appreciate our clients! Please read the following content that explains our policies that keep our business alive, flowing and stable.

PLEASE READ ALL OF OUR POLICIES

SERVICES:
All clients have to fill out an online consent form before receiving any service from K.E.Y Esthetics' estheticians. There are seperate concent forms for advanced treatments that need to be read and understood before the service is performed as well. Refusal of consent results in refusal of service.


Children: It's a good rule of thumb to not let your children attend your treatment services.  We do have a stair case, cleaning supplies, facial equipment and tools that are not appropriate for children to play and run around with. To avoid any disasters we kindly ask you to not bring your children with you. If you can't find arrangements for your child, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment 24hrs before your appointment to avoid a No-Show or Cancelation fee of $25.


Scheduling:

For your convenience you may book online 24 hours a day. You may also schedule your appointment by email,  social media messages, phone or text. Appointments may be booked up to two hours in advance of the appointment start time if an esthetician approves the appointment. Look for an approved appointment notification!

Rescheduling:

If something has come up and you need to move your appointment, please contact your esthetician at your earliest convenience and she will get you re-scheduled for a better time.

Late Arrivals:

It happens. If you are running late for your appointment, please contact your esthetician you are scheduled with at your earliest convenience to let her know and she will make the appropriate accommodations. It may be possible to bump your start time if your esthetician's schedule allows and given the proper notice. However, if you arrive more than 5-8 minutes late without notice for your appointment then your service may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled clients and your appointment will be considered as a No-Show. (please review our No-Show police!)

Cancellations:

24-Hour notice is required when cancelling an appointment. You will receive text and/or email reminders prior to your visit. PLEAE DO NOT OPT OUT of emails if you need an emailed reminder of your appointment. Should you need to cancel, please contact your scheduled esthetician as soon as possible. Anything less than 24-hours notice, will be considered a late cancellation or a No-Show. We understand life happens, but please be respectful of our time! Repeat cancellations will be subjected to service refusal. If you want to request an appointment even after repeat cancellations a No-Show payment of $25 at the time of booking before your service will be requested and sent with an Invoice through e-email. Failure to pay invoice before your service will result in refusal of service.

No-Call/ No-Shows:

If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without contacting us at all to cancel, this is considered a No-Call/No-Show. This is probably the most frustrating scenario for us as licensed estheticians, especially if we can't get in touch with you. A $25 fee will be invoiced to you. If you have a pre-paid appointment or package, you will forfeit the corresponding visit. 

Product Returns & Treatment Refunds

Your skin goals are the most important to us. We understand that switching to a Paramedical Skin Revision line challenges your skin to change. With this in mind, your skin will have its own way to adjusting to DMK's very active ingredients. We offer a  30 Day Supply of home-care priced at $65 as a ONE TIME promotional fee. We use these same home-care products in your facial treatments. Not only does this help with eliminating allergies and reactions (if any, monitoring within the same day/ next day), it allows us as DMK Therapists to recommend the best routine for you. After your 30 Day Supply comes to an end you can replenish with the full size products of your home-care for the best value. Or you can purchase another 30 Day supply kit at full price. Unless you have an adverse reaction to a specific product during a treatment or shortly after (same day/ next day) we do not accept refunds of treatments. Your esthetician goes over your skin goals and concerns along with your skin health and history before your treatments are performed.  You need to understand what reactions the skin can have to treatments before any are performed on you. You'll find this information on the concent form you sign before your first spa treatment and the concent forms signed before any advanced skin revision treatments (such as 6 layer peel, RP peel, and Alkaline Wash).


WE DO NOT ACCEPT returns on the 30 Day Supply Kit and opened or used Full Size DMK homecare products. We also DO NOT discount any DMK homecare products unless approved for a promotional incentive such as the K.E.Y CLUB MEMBERSHIP.


WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE  ANY SERVICE TO ANY PERSON IF WE FEEL AS IF THE REASON IS TRUE AND AGAINST OUR PERSONAL MORALS, RISKY TO OUR PERSONAL HEALTH OR OUT OF OUR SCOPE OF PRACTICE. ANY SERVICE REQUEST FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT ON OUR MENU WILL MOST LIKELY BE DENIED.
